      This computer controlled machine manufactures cages from wire by simultaneously spot welding ten or twenty vertical wires to the rings

      Production rates for typical cages will be 15 to 30 cages per hour depending upon the length of the cage. All cage machines are custom designed to your specifications.




      Needle holes in the vertical seam of a filter bag can be a conduit for fine particulate bleed through. In order to give you the most efficient filter possible, Standard Filter can manufacture one piece welded filter tubes.

      This fusing of the filter eliminates fine particle migration through needle holes in the vertical seam. In this way the entire filter tube surface is operating at a higher efficiency.


      This method is also a more cost effective alternative for collectors currently using high priced "seamless" filters. We offer these filters in polyester, polypropylene and Ryton.
